All City Engineering, P.C. is a NYC-based local company specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection (MEP) engineering design service.

The company was founded in 2011 with the goal and mission of providing excellent engineering service.

We provide full MEP services for buildings of all sizes, including low- and high-risers, new and existing buildings. We have delivered customized, cost-effective, and code compliant engineering service to Architects, Building Owners and Property Managers.

Joe Deng, P.E., CEM

Founder, Managing Partner

Mr. Joe Deng is the Founder and Principal of All City Engineering. A professionally licensed engineer, he leads a team of talented mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection in the heart of New York City. Graduating from Stony Brook University with a Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Deng has gained over 20 years of engineering expertise. Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Deng has worked in the top engineering firms in NYC, as well as the public sector.

Kyle Xia, P.E., CEM, LEED AP, BD+C

Founder, Managing Partner

Mr. Kyle Xia is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of All City Engineering. Mr. Xia a professionally licensed engineer, acquiring LEED AP, BD+C, and CEM certification throughout the years. He graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, and has worked for the NYC School Construction Authority.
